Sukuun Wellness is a women-only wellness space. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments that do not align with this policy.
All treatments are by appointment only
Advance booking is recommended
Appointment times include consultation and preparation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings
Clients are responsible for informing us of:
Injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy
Allergies or sensitivities
Any discomfort during treatment
Sukuun Wellness does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
Payment is required at the time of booking or service
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Gift cards and packages are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Sukuun Wellness is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions
All services are undertaken at the client’s own discretion.
